Roman by adoption, degree in Contemporary History, certificate of Archives Administration at the school of State Archives in Rome. Specialized in studies of business history and in reorganizing and inventorying of business archives. She is in charge of the Società Birra Peroni’s historical archives and house museum. She is also author of the volumes on Società Birra Peroni’s history, on Ferrarelle mineral water and on Fiorucci Salumi (salami and cold pork meat). She works together with bodies and research institutes on economic history and on Italian material culture, among which the Baicr Culture System, promoter of the web site www.culturagastronomica.it. She is a member of the scientific committee of Museimpresa Association and of the Journal of Contemporary History (“Giornale di Storia Contemporanea”).
