He is a member of the scientific committee of «Critica liberale», contributes to «Micromega» and «Europa», and is a columnist of «Genova impresa» and «Sailing list», the house organ of Genoese Industrialists Association and Port Community. From 1997 until 2003 he was also a columnist of Hamlet, the organizational supplement of «Espansione». He is currently a professor in Networking and Communications at Sogea Liguria, Fondazione Iard and University of Genoa. Among other books, he is the author of Politica e Organizzazione, Esi, 1997 and La politica dopo la politica, Pendragon, 2001.
