Renata Meazza

Renata Meazza worked for the Office for the Culture of the Popular World of the Region Lombardy for which she made some ethnographic researches on the field and produced audio-visual works. She is the author of many recording for Albatros collection (Original folklore records) resulting from an on-field research in the Middle East, Asia and Central Italy. At present, she is the curator of the Ethnography and Social History Archives of Lombardy where she coordinates and organizes researches on Lombardy’s territory. She manages the archives and develops systems of preservation and filing of multimedia records and she planned and realized the website of the archives www.aess.regione.lombardia.it. Moreover, she takes care of the international projects.
She cooperates also with the University of Milan, Faculty of Arts for the creation of laboratories for students of the second and third year on the theme of the intangible cultural heritage.
