She graduated in Cultural Anthropology at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome. She teaches Cultural Anthropology and Museum Anthropology at the Faculty of Psychology and Human Sciences of the University “La Sapienza”. She chairs the cultural association “AntropoArt. Sconfinamenti e ibridazioni tra antropologia, arte e comunicazione”. She is the editor of the magazine AM (Museum Anthropology) and an associate of Simbdea. She takes care of some ethnographic researches in the Lepino area and she is interested in sensorial anthropology and in anthropology of the body.
