Vittore Armanni

Born in Milan in 1966, he graduated in Contemporary Italian History with Giulio Sapelli and Duccio Bigazzi at the University of Milan. He continued to study at Bocconi University where he got the Doctorate’s degree in social and economic history with a dissertation on the markets and the distribution in the publishing field between the 19th and the 20th century. He won a grant at the Confalonieri Foundation and he taught business history and organization at IULM University in Milan and Feltre. He has been editor of the magazine «Archivi e imprese» (at present «Imprese e storia») for ten years and he published articles on business history in magazine of this field. He worked with the Feltrinelli Foundation and with the Centro per la Cultura d’impresa, carrying out research and valorization activities in the field of business culture. Since 1998 he has been working with the Arnoldo and Alberto Mondadori Foundation.
