He was born in Tortona in 1963 and graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico in Milan with a dissertation on the reclamation of the former Caserma Passalacqua.
Since 1996, he has been working for the Public Works Department of the Tortona Municipality where he took care, for example, of the reutilization of the Orsi dismantled industrial area and of the former cotton mill Dellepiane, working on their projects and on the historical research.
