Chiara Nenci

She graduated in Modern and Contemporary Art History at the University of Pisa and here she got a doctor’s degree with a work on the Brera Academy vicissitudes during the Napoleonic period. She cooperated for projects of the National Council of Research and she kept researching the academic, historical and artistic scenery of the 18th and 19th century.
She is professor of collecting history and museology and contemporary cultural assets at the Brera Academy, contract professor in museology and artistic and restoration critics at the Politecnico di Milano. Recently she edited the critical edition of Le Memorie di Giuseppe Bossi. Diario di un artista nella Milano neoclassica (Milano, Jaca Book, 2005).
