Born in 1979 he had his Doctors’ degree in History of Contemporary European Institutions and Society. He works with the professorship of Contemporary History at the Department of Society and Institutions History at Milan University and with the professorship of History at Milan Polytechnic and Industrialization at Milan Polytechnic. His researches concern Liberal and Fascist Italian Social History and on Italian technical and industrial development. In 2009 he published the volume Sulle vette della patria. Politica, guerra e nazione nel Club alpino italiano (1863-1922) for the publisher Franco Angeli.
