Fiorella Bulegato’s book gives the researchers a vivid image of the critical state of the repositories of business culture preserved in the archives, the collections and the museums of the Italian companies. The problems linked to its valorization, its filing and to the analysis of this patrimony, still not regulated by the Code of Cultural Assets, are put in an historical context by the author through a wide account, which studies in depth the details of the Italian situation analyzing the history of the school and museum institutions that, from the industrial revolution.
